Frank Fuselier has more than 12 years of experience in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fuselier was an Assistant General Counsel at Ingersoll-Rand Company, having legal responsibility for its worldwide mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance transactions. Mr. Fuselier also advised Ingersoll-Rand on corporate governance, stockholder relations, securities compliance, and commercial contracts. Prior to Ingersoll-Rand, Mr. Fuselier worked for the law firms Mayer, Brown & Platt and Bingham McCutchen LLP.
Mr. Fuselier earned his degree from Columbia Law School, and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Villanova University.
